Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
– Items marked as final sale
– Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
– Custom or special-order products
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us with their order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with the order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us for assistance.
Restocking Fees
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items, when applicable.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process.
