▼ Orders & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping typically costs $10–$12 and takes 2–3 business days from the time your order is accepted by USPS.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Your order goes through the following stages:

  1. Order Placed — Your order is received and accepted.
  2. Processing — Forwarded to our shipping team for packing.
  3. Tracking Generated — A tracking number is emailed to you. Note: this means our team has your order, not that it has shipped yet.
  4. Handed to Carrier — Package handed off to USPS.
  5. Delivered — Package arrives at your door.

If tracking confirms delivery, we consider the package delivered. We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office. In rare circumstances we may offer a reshipment at our discretion. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.

We do not offer international shipping. Shipping restrictions also apply to the following US states and may be subject to change:

CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VA, VT, WA, D.C.

If an item is out of stock or on back-order, the website will reflect this. Your order will still be processed and shipped as soon as inventory is available. You will be notified by email.

We do not accept returns. However we will offer a free reshipment or a full refund in eligible cases. Please note that choosing a reshipment forfeits your right to a refund.

We offer a 14-day inspection period from the date of delivery. If you discover any defects during this period, contact us and we will offer a free reshipment or refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. Note that any applicable card processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
